am writing you because of a house in my neighborhood that is bringing down the property values of the other homes in the neighborhood.
This house used to be one of the nicer homes in the neighborhood, until the current owners moved in. This has been going on for years now. They get a notification from the city, scab the problem together for 3-4 months and it starts all over again. All of the dirt and rocks behind the makeshift fence are coming under the mow strip and bowing the whole fence on the property line. There has to be somthing in the ordinance that states if you are written up for the same violations more than once, there are No MORE Warnings. You will be fined. If you the violated are costing the homes around you money, YOU WILL PAY for it. Here are just a few attached photos
